Responsibilities for the CEO’s Assistant 

  • Work closely with the CEO to support and oversee daily business operations across the group.
    Act as a coordination point between departments to improve performance, alignment, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor sales orders, key accounts, and supplier relationships in coordination with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • Compile sales, operational, and performance reports; distribute insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and respond to correspondence and emails from customers, clients, partners, and contractors with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support cross-functional projects within the group, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies, procedures, and operational standards within the office.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of critical accounts by working closely with customer service, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and strategic support tasks as directed by the CEO/Management.

Experience Qualification 

  • Prior experience in a business, executive support, or operational role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion, luxury, or creative industries, including market and consumer trends.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to think structurally and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in stakeholder interaction.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large volumes of information and data.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital tools, visual presentation, and creative workflows is an advantage.
  • Ability to work long hours at a computer when required.
  • Charismatic, composed, and discreet personality suited to executive-level support.

Company Benefits

  • Salary ranging from 12.000.000 – 15.000.000, finalized based on interview performance.
  • Salary Review & Project Compensation: Salary review after 6 months, based on performance and contribution.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Insurance- Health insurance is provided after 6 months of continuous employment, subject to a 3–5 year contract commitment.
