Senior Marketing Executive
Responsibilities for Marketing Executive
- Develop, lead, and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with the brand positioning, creative direction, and long-term vision of Huy Võ and House of Première.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable commercial and brand impact.
- Own the development and execution of a results-driven social media and digital communication strategy, establishing best-in-class standards for content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
- Research, evaluate, and implement relevant digital platforms, formats, and cultural trends within the luxury and fashion landscape, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity, and brand integrity across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including content managers, writers, editors, designers, and web teams, to deliver cohesive, high-quality brand narratives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key media, publishers, influencers, and cultural partners, identifying and executing opportunities for PR exposure, content amplification, and brand partnerships.
- Liaise with internal teams across sales, retail, production, and operations to ensure alignment, efficiency, and seamless execution.
- Support and contribute to group-level initiatives across House of Première brands as required.
- Oversee multiple marketing projects with clear accountability; prepare performance reports, audits, and strategic reviews for management.
- Act as a strategic problem solver and disciplined executor, supporting teams and departments as needed while upholding luxury brand standards.
Work Experience
- Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or content creation, preferably within fashion, luxury, or creative industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze data, including campaign performance, audience insights, engagement metrics, and conversion indicators.
- Strong data-driven mindset, capable of translating analytics into actionable marketing decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-related tools (Excel, reporting dashboards, basic analytics platforms).
- High level of professional responsibility, reliability, and adaptability, with the ability to multitask across projects and deadlines.
Benefits
- Base Salary: 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month, finalized based on experience, role scope, and interview performance.
- Performance & Incentives:
- Performance-based commission is applied after probation, Quarterly KPI benchmarking, and performance reviews. Group-based incentives and rewards linked to team and cross-functional project outcomes, encouraging collaboration and shared results.
- Salary Review & Project Compensation:
- Salary review after 6 months, based on performance and contribution.
- Additional project-based compensation may apply for strategic initiatives or special assignments.
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Insurance- Health insurance is provided after 6 months of continuous employment, subject to a 3–5 year contract commitment.
- Confidentiality: – All employees at House of Première (HOP) / VFA are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before, during, and after employment.
Marketing & Content Junior Executive
Responsibilities for Marketing Junior Executive
- Create and manage relevant marketing strategies in line with the property’s brand image and ensure they are implemented within an appropriate timeframe.
- Creating a social media communication strategy by developing, executing, and maintaining a results-driven social media strategy on all platforms
- Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency, Support and teamwork with others for other assigned projects that belong within the group
- Identify opportunities for content promotion and content partnerships with various publishers, influencers, and blogs online
- Research and recommend new digital content and platforms based on trends
- Create best standard practices for social media community engagement
- Support and teamwork with others for other assigned projects belong within the group.
- Responsibilities are not limited multi-tasker and supporting other colleagues and departments within the company division.
Work Experience
- Relevant experience in marketing or content creation is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and adaptable to multitasking.
